How we use what you send us.
This note covers the contact forms on fryk.works. It is written for KVKK (Turkish Law No. 6698) at a first-launch level: what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible
Fryk Works, a design studio in Ankara, is the data controller for messages sent through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form:
- Name (contact page)
- Email address
- A short project message (contact page)
We do not run marketing cookies or analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
To read your inquiry and reply. We do not sell this information, add it to a newsletter, or use it for advertising. Sending the form is your consent for that reply.
Who receives it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit to our studio inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission so the email can reach us. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless a project starts and you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep the message while we are in conversation. If nothing follows, we delete it. If we start a project together, the details become part of that working relationship and are handled separately.
Your rights
Under KVKK you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email pelinbilginmetu@gmail.com and we will handle it. You may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) if you believe your rights were not respected.
