UX and digital product work by Fryk Works
UX & Digital Product

Great technology earns attention.
Experience is what keeps it.

Interface and experience design developed alongside the product's direction, not after it's already decided. The goal is products that are intentional, not just usable — shaped by the product's direction rather than bolted on once the screens are already decided.

The strategic
scope

A product's experience is only as sound as the direction behind it. Design that starts at the screen — without a clear view of where the product is going — produces interfaces that work in isolation but don't hold together as the product grows. The work runs through two connected parts.

Product strategy and vision

The work starts before a single screen is drawn. Where the product is going is defined together with you — an interface designed without that direction tends to end up generic by default. The studio works across the full range from an early MVP to a mature, complex product, taking part as a partner who helps shape the product itself.

Experience and interface design example

Experience and interface design

Every flow, screen, and interaction is built around how people actually use the product. User research keeps real behavior in the room throughout the process, so decisions reflect what users need rather than what's easiest to assume. The result is a design system and a set of interfaces that hold together as the product grows.

Planned phases,
defined deliverables

The workflow is structured so you always know what's being worked on, what arrives next, and what decision is yours to make. Each phase closes with concrete deliverables. The full phase documentation is shared when we scope your project.

  1. Discovery & Alignment

Sessions establish the product's current state, its business and user goals, and where this specific engagement needs to start, whether that's a new MVP or an existing product with friction somewhere in it.

  2. Research & Audit

Real user research grounds the work throughout. For products already live, existing flows and screens are reviewed end to end to surface what works and where people get lost. For new products, research focuses on users, their needs, and the competitive context — so the first version is built on evidence rather than assumption.

  3. Information Architecture

User flows and information architecture are mapped around how people actually use the product — where they land, how they find what they need, and what happens at each important step.

  4. Interface Design & Design System

The visual layer comes next, structured as a system that gets reused rather than a set of one-off screens. Components, states, and patterns are standardized so the team can keep building consistently after the engagement ends.

  5. Prototyping, Testing & Delivery

Interactive prototypes are tested with real users before anything moves toward production. Findings are folded back into the design, and the studio stays alongside your development team through implementation so decisions translate accurately into the built product.
